By creating an account, listing a business, posting an offer, or browsing Offerat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Offerat is

Offerat is a listing platform that connects customers with local businesses and the offers they choose to post. We are not a party to any transaction between a customer and a business, we don't process payments for offers, and we don't sell, prepare, or deliver any product or service listed on the app. Any purchase, redemption, or payment happens directly between you and the business.

Offer accuracy is the business's responsibility

Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of the offers they post — pricing, availability, expiration, and terms. Offerat reviews listings before they go live, but we don't guarantee that every offer will be available, honored, or in stock at the time you visit.

If an offer isn't honored

If you visit a business and the offer shown on Offerat doesn't exist, has expired, or is refused, please report it using the "Report a problem" option on the offer page. We will investigate the report, including contacting the business. If we confirm the offer is not genuinely available, we will remove or suspend that offer (and, if appropriate, the business's account) from Offerat. Because Offerat does not process payments or hold any funds related to offers, no refund or compensation will be issued by Offerat — any dispute about payment, refunds, or compensation is strictly between you and the business.

We don't guarantee business quality

Offerat is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any product or service offered by a listed business. Verified badges and admin approval confirm that a business submitted accurate registration details — they are not an endorsement or guarantee of that business's service or offers. Use your own judgment when visiting a business or redeeming an offer.

Business owner responsibilities

If you list a business, you agree to provide accurate information, honor the offers you post for their stated terms and expiration dates, and comply with all applicable laws. We may edit, remove, suspend, or refuse any listing, offer, or account at our discretion — including in response to a customer report we've investigated and confirmed.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform.

Limitation of liability

Offerat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offerat and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, your interactions with any business, or your reliance on any offer listed on the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Offerat harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your business listing, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable within it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
